– Know Your Rights Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the Jili 365 platform — including its games, sports betting markets, promotions, and support services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jili 365. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform. Continued use of Jili 365 after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To open and maintain a Jili 365 account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• Not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by Jili 365 or a regulatory body.
• Not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of Jili 365 or any of its affiliated companies.
• Be registering under your own legal identity — not on behalf of a third party.

Jili 365 reserves the right to request verification of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to be registered by minors will be closed immediately and any balance will be forfeited without recourse.

3 Your Account

Each person is permitted to hold one Jili 365 account only. Creating or operating multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts involved and permanent forfeiture of any balances held.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. This includes bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. Jili 365 will not accept liability for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to keep your login details secure.

• Never share your Jili 365 password with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication if available on your account settings.
• Log out of your account on shared or public devices after each session.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to Jili 365 support immediately.

Jili 365 will never contact you asking for your password. Any message — by email, chat, or phone — requesting your login credentials is not from Jili 365 and should be reported as a phishing attempt.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits to Jili 365 are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. There is no maximum deposit limit unless set by the player themselves through account controls.

Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

• Deposits are credited to your Jili 365 balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Jili 365 does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• All deposit transactions are subject to standard anti-money laundering verification checks.
• Jili 365 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any deposit.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Jili 365 processes withdrawal requests promptly — GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet usually complete within 30 minutes during business hours.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Jili 365 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks for large withdrawal amounts.
• Balances that include active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Jili 365 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

If a withdrawal request is declined, Jili 365 will notify you of the reason via your registered email address or the in-platform messaging system. In most cases, declined withdrawals are the result of incomplete identity verification — submitting the required documents resolves the issue quickly.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Jili 365 offers various welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's individual terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

General bonus rules that apply to all Jili 365 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only, subject to each promotion's eligibility criteria.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only — one per household, device, and IP address.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. These will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Jili 365 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonus mechanics — including opening multiple accounts or systematically placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements — will be treated as bonus fraud and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash until wagering requirements are satisfied.

7 Games and Betting

Jili 365 offers casino games, live dealer tables, card games including Tongits, sports betting markets covering PBA, MMA, and virtual sports, and online Sabong. The availability of specific games and markets may vary based on your location and is subject to change without notice.

• All bets are final once confirmed through the Jili 365 platform. Bets cannot be cancelled by the player after placement unless explicitly permitted by the specific game or market rules.
• Jili 365 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event with a clear data error in the published odds or game information.
• For sports betting markets, minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed in the bet slip for each selection.
• Live betting odds are subject to rapid change. Jili 365 will settle bets at the odds confirmed at the time the bet was accepted — not at the odds displayed during page loading.
• If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, Jili 365 will follow the settlement rules published in the sports betting section of the platform.

8 Fair Play Policy

Jili 365 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for every player. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested. The RTP (return to player) percentages for casino games are published and accurate.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes in card games or multiplayer formats.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or tamper with Jili 365 game software or betting systems.

Jili 365 monitors gameplay patterns continuously. Accounts showing patterns consistent with the above violations will be investigated, and any winnings generated through prohibited means will be voided and removed from the account balance.

9 Responsible Gaming

Every Jili 365 account has access to the following responsible gaming tools at no cost:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take 24 hours to apply.
• Session time reminders — receive automatic alerts after playing for a set period.
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

10 Privacy and Data

We collect information necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with applicable anti-money laundering and regulatory obligations. 11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Jili 365 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and design — is the intellectual property of Jili 365 or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not:

• Use the Jili 365 name, logo, or branding in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorisation.

12 Limitation of Liability

Jili 365 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jili 365 excludes all liability for:

• Interruptions or downtime of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
• Errors in third-party data feeds used for sports odds or live event information, where such errors have been promptly corrected upon discovery.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by Jili 365 negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

13 Account Suspension and Closure

Jili 365 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable promotion terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Suspected bonus abuse or collusion.
• Failure to pass required identity verification checks within the specified timeframe.
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards Jili 365 staff or other players.
• Request by a law enforcement authority or regulatory body.

If your account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, Jili 365 is not obligated to return any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (such as at your own request), any eligible balance will be returned to your verified payment method after standard verification.

14 Changes to These Terms

Jili 365 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect — unless the change is required urgently by law or regulatory obligation.

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page, along with the date it was last updated. Continued use of the Jili 365 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them or your use of the Jili 365 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Jili 365 operates in compliance with the applicable gaming regulations under which it holds its licence.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.
